Need some extra accountability and motivation to keep moving during these cold winter months? Winter Warriors is for you!
Winter Warriors is an 8-week, mileage maintenance, and base-building program. All paces and skill levels are welcome. We will keep you on track during the chilly dark mornings and evenings; whether your goal is simply to get moving or to train for a 2023 specific race.
For this program, you will receive an 8-week training plan and will be able to participate in two in-person, coach-led runs each week (Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings at 8 am).
Tuesday nights will be a short run and a group stretch/strength workout.
Saturday will be a longer group run.
Registration is $50. You also have the option to participate in this program virtually - you will still receive all of the same perks, but will complete the workouts on your own and follow the 8-week plan. Our coaches will be available to you to answer any questions via email, and you can engage with other participants through our private Facebook group.
