Then our Storm The Stadium training program is for you!
Our training program is designed for racers of all abilities! We will guide you through a training program that will prepare you physically and mentally for the challenges of a stair step race. You will learn about training basics, hydration, and successful race day preparation. Our group will meet at various local parks throughout the program. We've got to find those stairs somewhere!
By joining us for our Storm The Stadium training, you will receive a free 2 month membership to Anytime Fitness to work on cross training as well!
Our Storm The Stadium Training will run from the week of February 23rd, 2020, with our first group workout on February 25th, and our program will end on race day, April 25th.
