We are so excited to serve you safely in person. There have been some questions that have come up that we want to address, and y’all are keeping our very limited staff busy (which is so awesome!) so before you call or email read these and see if your question is answered. If not, please reach out!
-What if I don’t need to be fitted and just need to pick up a few items? Can I just stop by?
Yes! If you are not looking to try on shoes and don't need advice from our expert outfitters, feel free to stop in and grab what you need.
-Can I bring my spouse/friend/child with me to be fit at the same time?
At this time, we are operating with a capacity restriction, as dictated by the state of Indiana. Therefore, please book an appointment for each individual person to be sure they get the time that they need and we stay on top of how many people are in the store at one time.
-What if I don’t have a face mask?
We have got you covered! We do ask that if you have a mask, you wear it when you come in, but if you do not have one we will have a complimentary disposable mask for you. You will be required to wear one if you enter the store, for the safety of yourself, other customers, and our staff.
-What if all the appointment slots are full when I want to come in?
If you are looking for dedicated, one-on-one time with an outfitter, please book the next available slot that works for you. If appointments are full and you are in desperate need of a fitting, feel free to call and see if we have availability that day since we do experience cancellations.
-What if I have a return? Do I need an appointment to make a return?
We are absolutely still honoring our 60-Day Happy Fit Guarantee, and will take returns and exchanges. If you are just returning or know exactly what you need to exchange for, you can stop in to make the return. However, if you need to be refitted or need some time to make sure you get the correct thing, please schedule an appointment so one of our outfitters can dedicate time to making sure you have the best experience possible.
-I am a little worried about safety, how will the in-store appointment work?
If you feel at all uncomfortable with shopping in person, please utilize our virtual fitting appointments! You will still receive the same one-on-one fitting experience, and we will help you find the best products to meet your needs. That being said, we are using the utmost care and caution when it comes to the in-store experience. We are only offering one fitting per half hour slot, so there will be very limited amounts of people in the store. All customers and staff will be wearing masks and following social distancing procedures (6 feet away from one another) at all times, staff will be cleaning thoroughly throughout the day, and there will be hand sanitizer available for your use.
