The first Fleet Feet store opened its doors in 1976 in Sacramento, California, and we've been outfitting runners with the right gear and knowledge ever since. Since that first day, we've expanded to 250 stores (and counting) in communities across the country to work toward our vision: to inspire the runner in everyone.

Getting you into the right running shoes and gear is what we do. How we do it, though, has changed since we sold our first pair.
The Fleet Feet outfitting process begins the second you walk in our door. Tell us what you want to do, and then we'll take some 3D measurements of your feet and watch you walk using Dynamic Pressure Mapping technology.
With that information, we'll find you the ideal shoes and gear to help you reach your goals.
Shopping Made Easy
We offer a premium in-store shopping experience and massive online inventory to allow to you browse for shoes, apparel and gear however you like.
Our expert Outfitters spend one-on-one time with you to make sure you're getting the right running gear to fit your needs. We'll match the prices of our competitors so you never over pay, and we offer a 30-day return policy if you don't love your gear. That's what we call our Happy Fit Guarantee.
