COME TRAIN WITH US!
Have you ever experienced the runner’s high that comes with conquering a new distance goal? There’s nothing quite like it. Whether it’s your first time running, or your first in a long time, or you are looking to run a new personal best, Fleet Feet Meridian has a training program that will get you to the finish line of our most exciting events of the year: The Big Run 5K and 10K Training Programs!
This running group will train for the goal race, Treasure Valley Runs 5K/10K on June 10th!
PROGRAM DETAILS
DATES
- STARTS: Training Plan Starts April 3rd and the first group run is Thursday April 6th at 5:30pm!
- DURATION: 10 weeks
- ENDS: Saturday, June 10th with a 5K or 10K race at the Treasure Valley Rescue Run 5K/10K !
DETAILS
- PRICE: $100 (Get a 10% Discount if you come to sign up in person at Fleet Feet Meridian!)
- OBJECTIVE DISTANCE: 5k or 10k
- EXPERIENCE LEVEL: There will be several training plans for athletes of all levels
- Beginners (New 5K or 10K runners)
- Intermediate (Athletes that have ran 5Ks and 10Ks before)
- Advanced (Athletes that are looking to improve their personal best in the 5K or 10K)
WORKOUT SCHEDULE/STRUCTURE
- Wednesdays - 12:00 pm - Remote Mobility Workshop
- Thursday evenings - 5:30pm - Pace/Speed Training
- Saturday mornings - 9:30am - "Long Run"
Generally, Thursday runs will be in Meridian and Saturday morning runs will be in Boise.
