March Events at Fleet Feet Treasure Valley
We’re rolling into March with great momentum. Nice work staying consistent so far. This month is all about showing up, staying active, and connecting with our running and walking community. March brings a variety of races and events designed to keep you moving and having fun. Whether you’re lining up at a start line or joining us for a local event, there’s something for everyone this month.
Here’s what's happening this month:
March 7 - ZD30 Race #1: Starting Line
Date & Time: Saturday, March 7th | 10:00 AM
Location: Julia Davis Park - 700 S Capitol Blvd, Boise, ID, US 83702
The Starting Line kicks off the Zero Dark Thirty Run Series with a welcoming, low-pressure event built for everyone. Walk, jog, run, or mix it up. This is a beginner-friendly race focused on showing up, building confidence, and moving together as a community.
Whether it is your first race, your first mile, or your first step back in a while, you belong at the start line. All proceeds support the Zero Dark Thirty Foundation, a veteran led nonprofit strengthening purpose, resilience, and community through movement.
Distances:
Participants can choose the 1 Mile (series distance), or opt for the 5K or 10K. All distances are walk-friendly and open to all ability levels.

March 11 – Robie Half Marathon Training Program
Downhill Running Clinic #3
Date & Time: Wednesday, March 11 | 6:00 PM
Location: Camelsback Park – 1200 Heron St, Boise, ID 83702
This third downhill clinic continues the rotation of eccentric downhill skills, stair workouts, and hill repeat or sprint sessions. All levels are welcome, and workouts can be adjusted to your personal effort level.
This clinic is open to the public. Come ready to work hard and have fun.

March 18 - Mikkeller Running Club Group Run with Brooks
Date & Time: Wednesday, March 18 | 6:30 PM
Location: Payette Brewing Company - 733 S. Pioneer Street Boise, ID 83702
Join Fleet Feet Treasure Valley and Mikkeller Running Club for a group run with Brook Running. You can demo the new Brooks Glycerin 23 during the group run.
March 19 - Cowgill Run Club Group Run with HOKA
Date & Time: Thursday, March 19 | 5:30 PM
Location: TBD
Join Fleet Feet Treasure Valley and Cowgill Boise for a group run with HOKA. Come enjoy a wonderful evening run and demo the HOKA Speedgoat 7 and Mafate X shoes!
March 21 - Owyhee Off Road Challenge
Date & Time: Saturday, March 21 | 7:00 AM (55K), 10:00 AM (Half Marathon), 10:30 AM (10K), 11:00 AM (5K)
Location: Two Rivers Community Park (Owyhee Watershed Council) 106 Owyhee Street Adrian, OR 97901
Ready to experience fresh air, wide open spaces, and stunning high desert views? The Owyhee Off-Road Challenge offers a 55K, Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K, welcoming runners of all levels to explore the beauty of the Snake River and Owyhee Valleys.
This community favorite is known for its scenic courses, friendly volunteers, and authentic off road feel. Hosted by the Adrian Sports Boosters, the event gives back with all proceeds supporting the Adrian School District, helping fund track improvements and youth programs. Every mile supports a great cause and a close knit community.

March 21 - Trail Fridays with HOKA
Date & Time: Saturday, March 21 | 9:30 AM
Location: Military Reserve (Boise Dog Park)
Join Fleet Feet Treasure Valley and Trail Fridays for a group run with HOKA. Tackle the Military Reserve trails and test out the HOKA Speedgoat 7 and Mafate X shoes!
March Price Increase Reminder
Several upcoming races will see price increases after midnight in March. Register early to save.

Race Day: April 11 at 10:00 AM
The Serenata Shuffle is a music-filled 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run along Boise’s Greenbelt, starting and finishing at Veterans Memorial Park with live orchestra performances along the course.
Price Increase: March 31 after midnight
Race Day: May 9 at 8:00 AM
The Boise Greenbelt Relays is Treasure Valley’s only relay race. Teams complete 45 miles along the Boise River Greenbelt, with a new 50-mile solo ultra option.

Race Day: June 6 at 8:00 AM
The Treasure Valley Rescue Run features 5K and 10K races plus a free Kids Dash on the Eagle Greenbelt. This event is stroller and dog friendly, with finisher medals for all racers.

Race Day: June 20 at 8:00 AM
The Caldwell Classic offers a fast, flat 5K and 1-Mile Race designed for PRs, fun, and all ages.

Race Day: August 29 at 9:00 AM
The Great Futures 5K/10K supports the Boys and Girls Club of Canyon County with scenic courses along the Nampa Greenbelt and a strong community focus.
Price Increase: March 31 after midnight
Race Day: October 17 at 8:00 AM
Idaho Running Day includes a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon along the Boise Greenbelt from Lucky Peak to Southeast Boise.
