 Fuel Your Miles Is Here This Spring

Ready to build confidence, create consistency, and finally learn how to fuel your body the right way? This spring, Fleet Feet Treasure Valley is excited to introduce Fuel Your Miles, a beginner-friendly training program designed for runners and walkers of all levels.

Whether you are just getting started or looking to refresh your routine, this program is built to support you every step of the way. With a strong focus on community, accountability, and simple, practical nutrition education, Fuel Your Miles will help you feel stronger, more energized, and ready to take on your miles with purpose.


 

Train Together With a Goal in Mind 

Fuel Your Miles kicks off on April 22 and leads into the Treasure Valley Rescue Run 5K and 10K on June 6. Along the way, you will build consistency, learn how to fuel for performance and recovery, and connect with a supportive community.

Want to keep the momentum going? You will have the option to continue for two additional weeks, including a group meetup on June 13 and a chance to celebrate your progress at the Caldwell Classic 5K on June 20.


 

What to Expect From the Program

Fuel Your Miles is designed to be approachable, supportive, and effective. Here is what you can look forward to throughout the program:

• Seven to nine weeks of coached training plans tailored to your goals and experience level

• Weekly nutrition education sessions with time for questions and real-life application

• Weekly in-person group meetups to keep you motivated and connected

• Exclusive in-store deals to support your training journey

• A team race shirt to represent your crew on race day

• A special discount for your goal race

• Free injury prevention sessions with Wright Physical Therapy to help you stay healthy and strong
