This is a four-week get-moving clinic for the absolute beginner (or for the athlete who hasn’t worked out in years).
The emphasis is on getting started wherever you are: run/walk interval coaching and review of fundamentals. Meets Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m. This is a jumpstart for our February Getting Started 5K class.
