Good Form Running clinic Feb. 6

We're thrilled to announce we'll be offering a New Balance Good Form Running Clinic at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 6, at the store.

Led by store owner Jim Gothers, the Good Form Running Clinic will focus on four principles of running form to help improve your efficiency, comfort, endurance, and speed. Developed with New Balance and Olympian Grant Robison, the Good Form Running method has helped thousands of runners improve.

The clinic is free and lasts about an hour. Space is limited, however. Register here.
