Our Personal Best 5k - 10k Program is designed to prepare you for 5k to 10k race distances. We'll help you run your best, regardless of what your current ability is. Our training will include components of pacing workouts, interval training, and endurance training to help you run your personal best! We will also be teaching proper running form to help reduce injuries and to become more efficient runners. Our next Personal Best 5k - 10k Program will start September 14 and meet Tuesdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m. The 10-week program costs $85 and includes a custom training program and a Fleet Feet Running Club shirt.
