Whether your goal is to cross the finish line for the first time, improve your fitness or simply enjoy moving with others, No Boundaries will meet you where you are. Over eight weeks, you’ll follow a beginner-friendly training plan, join group workouts and get support every step of the way. This begin-to-run program will start April 7 and meet Tuesdays at 6 p.m. at John Rudy Park (400 Mundis Race Road) and Saturdays at 8 a.m. at Brillhart Station (2400 Brillhart Station Road).
