Our No Boundaries Begin to Run Program will help you finish a 5k race, whether by walking, running, or a combination of both! There is no experience required to join this program and people with no running background are encouraged to join. The program starts with walking and builds slowly with run/walk intervals. Our comprehensive program will include education on proper running form, hydration, nutrition, and a supportive group to help you complete a 5k. Our next No Boundaries Begin to Run Program will start September 14 and meet Tuesdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m. The 10-week program costs $85 and includes a custom training program and a Fleet Feet Running Club shirt.

If you have any questions about the program please feel free to call the store 717-691-3000 or e-mail Fred Joslyn fred.joslyn@fleetfeet.com
