
Train for a 5K with us! Our beginner-friendly training program will help you build the fitness and confidence you need to cross the finish line like a champ. This program is designed to help you improve your 5K time, no matter where your current fitness level is. With a coach and training buddies to keep you on track, you’ll be psyched to celebrate The Big Run this June. This training program kicks off April 10 and trains for The Big Run 5K on June 4. The program meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at Fleet Feet Mechanicsburg. This is a free program, but registration is required!
