Balance, Flexibility and Strength for Runners
Are you a runner who sits all day at work? Do you feel like your sluggish on the weekends because of working all week? Any nagging injuries that just linger and prevent you from running the way you want to? If you answer yes to any of these questions you need to come to this interactive seminar. This interactive seminar will provide you with ways to keep mobile during the day and focus on the dreaded psoas muscle!! We will also focus on glut strength and balance to help heal and prevent any injuries from occurring.
