Half Marathon (13.1) & Full Marathon (26.2) Training
Our Half and Full Marathon training programs typically meet twice a week and are designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. In addition to detailed training plans, each program incorporates educational components, speakers, weekly email communication, and expert coaching, mentoring, and pacing to help inspire and motivate you along the journey.
Spring 2023 – Half and Full Marathon Training

- Goal Race Half Marathon: Madtown Half Marathon May 28, 2023
- Goal Race Full Marathon: Maritime Marathon June 11, 2023 or Grandma’s Marathon June 17, 2023

- Program Duration Full Marathon: March 4 – June 17, 2023 (15 weeks)
