No Boundaries 5K Training: Summer 2022
Discover the power of movement! In No Boundaries, you will find a community to cheer for you, challenge you, and help you reach your goals. Learn how to build a fitness-oriented lifestyle through walking and run/walking.
With different training plans for walking and interval running, you can rest assured there is a pace group to fit your level. The modified 8 week No Boundaries training program is specifically targeted toward beginners; no prior running experience is necessary.
Unique to this 8-week session of No Boundaries, we will have a traditional training plan designed to get you to the finish line as well as a training plan designed to get you to the finish line...faster! The "Finish and Finish Faster" plan is great for those who have recently completed the traditional No Boundaries program and looking for the next challenge!

MEET AND GREET PROGRAM KICK-OFF
Wed., June 1, 2022 @ 6:00 p.m.
Fleet Feet Madison (8440 Old Sauk Rd.) or Fleet Feet Sun Prairie (2828 Prairie Lakes Dr.)
The kick-off meeting will be brief and mostly informational. We will cover safety concerns and requirements, training plans and program details, the best gear for a successful training session gear, and discuss how we can help meet your needs this season. The kick-off is an excellent opportunity to introduce you to the coaches and will last approximately 20-30 minutes. We will follow the kick-off with our first group run/walk.
GROUP RUNS/WALKS (2x/week)
- Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesdays will meet at the Fleet Feet stores.
- Saturdays at 8:00 a.m.
- Saturdays will rotate between Vilas Park (1501 Vilas Park Dr.), McDaniel Park (4806 McDaniel Ln.), and Sunfish Pond (Upper Yahara Trail - 4590 Windsor Rd, Deforest)
