Youth Speed Camp

Fleet Feet Speed Camp is excited to bring a challenging yet fun program to help young Madison area runners learn more about their sport, increase their efficiency, and enter the fall cross country season ready to go! The biggest change to the 2014 program is an increase to 2 workouts per week. In addition to meeting more frequently, the coaches will provide a form analysis during the first week of workouts to help each participant improve areas of concern. We believe the key to increasing running performance is running consistently and we aim to decrease risk of injury by improving running mechanics within of group.
