We pride ourselves on sticking to our training schedule, even when the weather is challenging. Because of this, we won't cancel training group workouts under typical, seasonal weather conditions. Having said that, we absoltuely refuse to compromise the safety of our runners! If you are in our training program, or would just like to know safetey guidelines for cold and hot weather running, please consult the information below.

*In the case of inclement weather, we will announce cancellations no later than one hour prior to our scheduled run. Please call the store if you have any weather questions or concerns: 502.479.8786

We will only cancel group runs if the following weather-related conditions are present:

• Actual temperatures or windchill temperatures that are 0°F or below
• Ice storms, hail storms, dust storms, or blizzards
• Low visibility conditions
• Actual temperatures or heat index temperatures in excess of 100° F
• Lightning
• Extreme winds
• Tornado warnings
