For those who want to continue to train, or for those who enjoy being active in the "off-season," this program will help you build long-lasting healthy habits, find balance, improve your fitness and feel amazing. Our unique, personalized approach combines skillful coaches, experienced ambassadors, proven training techniques, and the power of community to help you achieve your goals. This 4-week session from December 2 - December 31, is designed to prepare you for our Spring 2025 training season. Join us and become immersed in a well-established running community, obtain better overall health, gain an improved sense of self-esteem and wellbeing, and increase your focus on your goals! Group will meet Monday and Wednesday evenings at Fleet Feet St. Matthews location and Saturday mornings at Cherokee Park/Hogans Fountain.
This program is completely FREE and open to all paces and experience levels, but you should have a base of at least 3 weeks where you can run/walk 30 minutes 3 times a week. You will receive a calendar with weekly workouts with training designed for novice, intermediate, and advanced runner, and one workout per week focused on building speed as applicable to your training cohort. We will also send daily text reminders of upcoming workouts and events and a weekly email.
