Whether you're running for the first time ever, trying to get back in shape, or just want to socialize with fitness-minded people, our 5K training group is specifically designedto get you there! Our unique VIRTUAL training program approach combines skillful coaches, experienced mentors, proven training techniques, and the power of a Facebook community to help you achieve your goals. Our spring season lasts 8 weeks with the first workout beginning on Saturday, April 10. This group trains for a 5k race to take place the first week of June 2021.
