Whether you're running for the first time ever, trying to get back in shape, or just want to socialize with fitness-minded people, our 5K training group is specifically designed to get you there! Our unique, personalized approach combines skillful coaches, experienced ambassadors, proven training techniques, and the power of community to help you achieve your goals. We will also be offering a VIRTUAL training option. Our spring season lasts 8 weeks with the first workout beginning on Saturday, April 10. This group trains for a 5k race to take place the first week of June 2021.

Q: What is the cost of the program?
Q: I am a walker. Is this program still right for me?
A: Absolutely! All paces are welcome.
Q: If I miss workouts or have to consistently miss one of the days of our weekly meetings, does this mean I cannot be involved in the program?
A: Of course you can still be involved. We would love to have every trainee at every run, but we understand that life and obligations may get in the way. Just make sure that you are completing your training runs independently, so you don't fall behind on your progress. Also, let your coaches and ambassadors know when you can't make it, so they don't worry!
Q: How do I register?

Q: Can I come to the first workout before deciding to register?
A: Of course! We are confident that you will want to get involved once you see what our programs are all about?
Q: What does the training schedule look like?
A: We will start at small mileages and build up over the course of the program. It will never change suddenly or dramatically, and you will always be well prepared.
