The Louisville Distance Project (LDP) is the city’s premier run training experience—built for runners, by runners. We’ve teamed up with local health professionals, elite product vendors, and skilled coaches to deliver a program that doesn’t just prepare you—it transforms you.
Whether you’re chasing a personal best or taking on your first half or full marathon, this is your team, your plan, and your season to crush it! From the KDF Mini/Marathon to the Flying Pig, we’re here to help you train smarter, push harder, and cross that finish line stronger than ever.
Training kicks off Monday, January 5, 2026.
For 16 weeks, you’ll follow a powerful training plan that fits your schedule but keeps you connected to a crew that’s grinding just like you. Our Spring Louisville Distance Project is open to runners and walkers of all paces ready to show up and put in the work.
