Fleet Feet Longmeadow is excited to put on our 8-week training program presented by Brooks for The Big Run 5k on June 7th presented by Michelob ULTRA! This 8-week training program begins April 11th and is for all levels, all faces, and all paces. Walkers and runners are welcome! In-person training sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm as well as Sundays at 8:00 am. Most sessions will meet at our store in Longmeadow. Some sessions will also take place on the Longmeadow High School track, in Forest Park, or at Fannie Stebbins Wildlife Refuge. Our coaches will always communicate in advance when and where sessions will meet and will communicate if we need to cancel or adjust our sessions due to inclement weather. The registration fee is $75.00 and includes a training plan for each day of the week, high-quality coaching, mobility and stretching resources, a program t-shirt, swag, and more!
The training program will culminate with the free The Big Run 5K, presented by Michelobe Ultra, on June 7 at 6:00 pm at Powder Hollow Brewery in Enfield, CT. Set a goal, cross that finish line, and celebrate Global Running Day with your friends, family, and the Fleet Feet community.
