Description: Get ready for the Follow My Steps Foundation's second annual Mentoring Matters 5K with Fleet Feet Longmeadow. This beginner-friendly 5K training program is open to all, whether this is your first 5K or your twentieth. The team at Fleet Feet Longmeadow is ready to help you prepare with a fully structured training plan, a weekly in-person training session on Thursday evenings, supplementary resources to improve your running foundations, and more.
