Program Fee: $15/week, $50/month, $120/three months
Description: Whether you are looking to take your first steps on your running journey or prepare for an upcoming race, the team at Fleet Feet Longmeadow is here for you with our new year-round training program! Registration includes access to multiple weekly sessions: choose the workouts you wish to attend for any number of weeks or months that you'd like to train. Event-specific training is available for your upcoming races!
Registration for this program varies: single-week registration is $15 per week, one month is $50, and three months is $120. Once you complete the initial registration, you will be added to the group roster. Should you choose to come for another week/month of training, simply check in via Captyn and you will be automatically billed for that additional time. This makes it very easy to drop in or drop out as your schedule allows!
Access to our three initial weekly sessions:
Tuesdays @6:00 pm*: Track night/hills
Thursdays @6:00 pm*: Tempo/strength & mobility
Sundays @8:00 am*: Long run
Event-specific training for your upcoming race
Program t-shirt after 3 total months of participation
