Come join us this Fall for an amazing 8 week hybrid training program that will get you ready for your next 5 or 10k event! This program will include both coached virtual training during the week by Coach Kara and one in-person, socially distanced trail run on the weekends. Kara will guide you on trail etiquette, safety, gear, form, etc. Participants should be able to run 2.5 - 3 miles on the road or track by the first meet-up. All paces are welcome!
