Description: The Spring 2019 No Boundaries 5k Training Program is a 10 week program designed for ALL LEVELS of runners, run/walkers, and walkers. Description: Why run a 10K? It's the perfect distance - not too short, not too long! The 2019 Westfield 10K Training Program is a 12 week program designed for runners who have previously run at least one 5k road race and are looking to progress to the next level. All paces are welcome.
Description: The 2019 New Jersey Half Marathon Training Program is a 13 week program designed for ALL LEVELS of runners who have previously run at least one 10k road race (recommended, but not required). Long runs begin will begin with a 4 mile run and progress up to a maximum long run distance of 13 miles.
This year's program is especially unique in that we are featuring a "half marathon challenge". The New Jersey Half Marathon, which is on April 28th, also offers a 5k on April 27th. As a participant in our program, you will train to do BOTH the 5k on Saturday and the half marathon on Sunday. As a result, you will receive an additional "challenge medal" for doing both races!
Description: The 2019 New Jersey Marathon Training Program is a 17 week program designed for all levels of runners who have previously run at least one 10k road race (completion of a half marathon suggested, but not required). We offer two "tracks": one builds up to one 20 mile long run (which is sufficient for most runners and is especially appropriate for first time marathoners) while the training program for the other includes two 20 milers and a 22 miler (appropriate for veteran marathoners and/or those looking to improve their marathon time). We can help you decide which track is the safest and most appropriate for your goals.

Description: Embrace New England?s winter months with our Winter Warrior Series! The Winter Warrior Series will keep you active, outside and motivated with a supportive and encouraging group during the inevitably unpredictable northeast winter. The Winter Warrior Series is open to all fitness levels and runs for sixteen weeks. Let's layer up, lace up your shoes and have some fun this winter!
Check-in and participate in weekly runs and workouts to earn points and raffle tickets! You can also earn tickets by attending classes at Orangetheory in East Longmeadow!
