Description: Have the scenic trails been calling your name? Embark on an adventure with Fleet Feet Longmeadow. We are excited to invite you to a 6-week-long Trail Running Program presented by Salomon. Never hit the trails before? No worries! This trail series is beginner-friendly. Your coach and mentors will guide you on the local picturesque trails in Western MA and Northern CT in a safe and fun environment. You will have the opportunity to test Salomon?s latest trail footwear, enjoy snacks during each run, and receive a complimentary t-shirt.

Description: Join us on Sunday mornings at 8:00 am for long runs. Multiple distances will be available. Ability to run at least 3 miles required. Runs start and end from Fleet Feet Longmeadow (680 Bliss Rd). For questions, please email jenn.macinnis@fleetfeet.com.
Description: Global Running Day is June 5, 2024. Fleet Feet Longmeadow is excited to put on a 6-week training program for The Big Run occurring on June 5th. This 6-week program is for all levels and paces. Walkers and Runners are welcome. We will have a beginner group and an intermediate group. In-person training groups will meet on Sundays at 8 am and Tuesdays at 6p. Sessions will meet at Fleet Feet Longmeadow. Our coaches will communicate via email and/or text if any changes or cancellations due to inclement weather. The registration fee will include a training plan each day of the week, coaching, mentors, a t-shirt, and free registration for The Big Run 5k on June 5th. Set a goal and let's celebrate Global Running Day as a community!
