Winter 2026 Training Program

• Join us for 16 weeks of training starting the week of January 5th, 2026 and start the new year off RIGHT!

• Training program specifically designed to help you build your confidence, strength, speed, and endurance, for your race.

• ​Program pre-requisite: 6 weeks of consistent running 2-3x per week; able to run 3 miles comfortably

• 3 Team Training Runs per week

  • Tuesday 5:45 AM @ La Paz Sports Park (Running Workout and Strength Training)

  • Thursday 5:45 PM @ Fleet Feet Laguna Niguel Store (Threshold / Medium Run and Mobility)

  • Saturday 7:30 AM @ Fleet Feet Laguna Niguel Store (Long Run)

• Includes strength training and mobility exercises for injury prevention

• All running paces and experience levels welcome

• Amazing team to support you during the workouts

• Receive annual racing team shirt (one given per year)

Racing Schedule:

• Participants can join the program if they are running any of the spring races listed above (race participation not mandatory for joining the program)
