Dana Point Turkey Trot 10k/5k Training Plans

The Dana Point Turkey Trot is a tradition for thousands of runners and walkers, and this year you can arrive at the start line feeling stronger, faster, and more confident than ever. Our Turkey Trot Training Plans are designed to prepare you for either the 5K or 10K, created by expert coaching and with the encouragement of a supportive community.

What to Expect:

Full 9-week Training Plan – Whether you’re new to running or aiming for a personal record, our program offers options for all levels. We’ll gradually build your endurance, improve your speed, and help you stay injury-free.
Community Support – Throughout the training program, we will offer community group runs, as well as access to our in-house coach (Steve Epifano) SoCal Runner Coaching, who personally designed your training plan. You can also join the Fleet Feet Running Club community run every Saturday morning at 7:30am at Fleet Feet Laguna Niguel.
