Join FFRC every Saturday morning at 7:00am for a run from the store! All paces and distances welcome. This will be a FREE series for those of you looking for some company and cameraderie on your weekend workouts. Come to one or come to ALL--it's up to you! Routes will be provided, but please bring your own water and nutrition! Note: This is not a training program, but it is an opportunity for you to find some running pals and enjoy a Saturday run with others.
