Training for Rock it El Morro Canyon Race Series on April 16th, 2022 (For more race details click here)

Choose to train for 6K, 10 Mile, or 20 Mile race

Choose from beginner or intermediate/advanced training levels

Race participation is NOT required to join program

Weekly training plan delivered via online training platform called Final Surge

Individualized pace range targets for all your workouts based on your current fitness level

Runner-specific strength and mobility circuits 2x week to keep your body strong and resilient

Weekly specific coach feedback on workouts

Tuesdays @ 5:30pm: Speed + Strength Workout (coach led)

Location: Chapparosa Park or Niguel Hills Middle School Track

Thursdays @ 5:30pm: Tempo Run (mentor led)

Location: Fleet Feet Laguna Niguel

Sundays @ 7am: Trail Run (coach led)

Location: Various trails throughout OC

Monthly yoga classes taught on step-back weeks by Coach Kerri
