The No Boundaries 5k Training Program

There will be a Kickoff Party on Tuesday, August 18 at 6 pm here at the store.

We start our training on Saturday, August 22 at 7 am. Bring a bottle of water and come ready to run/walk a mile (just so we can put you in the correct pace group.)

No Boundaries focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first race in just 8-12 weeks! Along the way we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you!

The program "meets" twice a week:  On Tuesdays at 6pm and on Saturdays at 7am.

We have three sessions a year:

• Jan 5k/10k Training
• May 5k training begins training for the Firecracker 5k on July 4th
• September 5k/10k training begins training for the City of Colleges 5k/10k

The program is divided into groups based on your goals and your pace.

BREAKDOWN OF GROUPS FOR NOBO TRAINING:
