Half Marathon Training Program Benefits:
Half Marathon training plans for beginner walkers and runners, intermediate runners, and advanced runners
All participants will receive a Nathan handheld water bottle
Advice and guidance from our certified running coaches
Speed workouts to match your pace and ability
Strength training tips for runners
Planned long run courses - for you to refer to during training
Weekly educational and motivational emails/videos with tips and advice to keep you running strong
Instant running friends!
Program Schedule:
Tuesday: Speed Workout - at Fleet Feet Lincoln - 6pm
Saturday: Group Long Run at various locations - 7am
Recommended running base before training
Half Marathon- 10 miles a week and a 3-mile run/walk
Meet and Greet Informational Night:
Tuesday July 26th at Fleet Feet Lincoln
Meet the coaches, mentors, and other runners that have joined our training class! This is a great time to ask questions and learn more about the training plans. More importantly a chance to make connections with other runners and walkers that will be running in your pace group for the next 12 weeks!
