Weekly Program Schedule:
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Plans Available. Prior to starting the training class, we recommend that you have a solid running base of ten miles a week and a three mile run/walk.
Wednesday - 6:30PM: Speed workout at Fleet Feet Omaha
Thursday: Cross training emailed out or in person
Saturday - 7:00AM: Group long run at various locations
