Full and Half Marathon Training: $75
Weekly Schedule:
Tuesday: Speed Workout at Fleet Feet Lincoln - 6:00pm
Thursday: Cross Training at Madonna ProActive - 6:30pm-7:30pm
Saturday: Group Long Run at various locations - 7am

Base Training:
We will send out a base training schedule for you to use to make sure you are ready to hit the ground running in early January. We encourage you to join our Tuesday group runs and get to know others that are also joining the training class.
Here is the recommended base training for the half marathon:
Half Marathon- 10 miles a week and at least a 3-mile run/walk per run
Full Marathon - 20 miles a week and at least a 6-mile run
Pre-Marathon Training Class - By Madonna ProActive: December 4th, 11, and 18th - 2pm-3:30pm Email or Call Carla Zedicher to register: czedicher@madonna.org This is a 3-week Education Series that will prepare you to run the 1/2 or full marathon! Presenters include: Jen Olberding, RN - Mental Toughness and Mindset, Doug Tvrdy, DPT - Injury Prevention and Gait, Tamra LLewellyn, PHD - Running Mechanics and Performance, Rachelle Hadley, BA, CHC - Programming and Conditioning
