Shoes & Brews

Shoes & Brews is a free summertime running series from different bars and breweries across town. Lace up in some try-on demo shoes, log a few breezy miles, and return to the bar for drinks, giveaways, and good vibes all around.

Demo Shoes

At each run, a different brand will pop up with demo shoes for you to test out. Run the route in new trainers, get a sense for their feel, and see if they’re a match for your feet. Trying out the demo shoes is entirely free, and it’s the best way to test run a shoe without purchasing.

Local Breweries and Bars

Shoes & Brews always starts from and ends at a local bar or brewery in Lincoln. Each location brings a new route across town for runners to explore, and everyone is warmly welcome to stick around for post-run drinks at the bar.

Giveaways

Simply attend Shoes & Brews for the chance to win dozens of prizes. We’ll be giving away lots of prizes at every meetup, including a FREE PAIR OF SHOES every time. If you attend all Shoes & Brews events and get your punchcard marked off every time, you’ll receive a special prize at the August meetup from Fleet Feet. 

Free and Open to All

All Shoes & Brews meetups are entirely free and open to everybody. The routes generally range from 2-3 miles. Attend all events for the chance to win exclusive prizes, and stay tuned for additional details and updates soon.
