Fleet Feet Lexington Group Training
The Fleet Feet Group Training Programs are designed as an introduction to the Fleet Feet team and community. These programs are ideal for beginners looking to complete their first 5K, 10K, or half marathon with support from an RRCA-certified coach. Each program includes in-person training sessions and a 2–3 month Excel-based training plan to guide runners toward their goal race.
Participants receive:

Two weekly group training sessions (Tuesdays at 6:00 PM, Saturdays at 8:00 AM)

Weekly newsletter with running tips, meeting locations, and important updates

Fleet Feet training tech shirt

RRCA-certified coaching and a structured 2-month training plan

15% in-store discount for the duration of the program

Partnered community health and fitness sessions

Education on proper form, pacing, fueling, stretching, and other key training topics
We offer four programs throughout the year—see the tabs for details on each race.
Runners can expect a friendly, welcoming environment with no judgment—just a focus on improvement and confidence-building. If you're deciding between this or the Racing Team, the Group Training Programs are the more relaxed option with a lower time commitment and lower cost, but they do not include the personalized monthly training schedules, 1:1 goal-setting sessions, or Brooks race singlets offered through the Racing Team.
