Saturday Morning Long Run

Every Saturday at 8am, there will be an informal group meetup at the North Legacy Trailhead entrance. Our Fleet Feet Racing Team and Training Groups use this as their dedicated long run spot to prepare for their upcoming races. This group run is open to anyone. Simply show up around 8am and choose the distance that you would ike to run. Chances are, you will have a buddy to run with and there may even be donuts, a shoe demo, or nutrtion session mixed in there as well. It's a great chance to meet new friends and help those long Saturday runs go by faster!
