Don't let the idea of speed training scare you off. Our SpeedPlay Training program is a great way to stay race ready, mix up your weekly miles or prep for a half marathon - all while becoming a more well rounded runner or run/walker.
During SpeedPlay you will not only be coached on how to execute and benefit from a variety of unique track workouts, but also on how to maintain good form when running at a harder intensity. We will even cover topics like ideal race hydration, dynamic warm ups, cool downs, and core strengthening. Track workouts will be a great addition to your training and a way to improve your PR'S for those of you training for 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and more.
Participants Receive: Personalized pace schedule (based on your initial time trial), form, technique, strategy, & body maintenance coaching, core strength training at each session, weekly emails from the coach, a technical singlet.
