Reindeer Hijinks and Fun at the Holiday Lights Run

This past December 19th was our annual Holiday Lights Run and this year, we stepped up the fun with some Reindeer Games. The group met at the store, adorned in their favorite festive, and sometimes tacky holiday gear and headed out to spread some cheer. The group ran various distances but made a pit stop at Campbell Station Park for the Santa Drop. Contestants had to start out with, what else, but putting on their Santa Hats, grabbing some gifts and dashing through the lighted trees to drop the presents into the chimney. Of course the Santas needed to earn their prize...cookies and chocolate milk! The Santas, after dropping off the gifts, had to eat a chocolate chip cookie and gulp down some chocolate milk and then it was on to gather up 3 more gifts and do it 2 more times and race back to the start line. For those of you counting, that's 3 chimneys, 9 presents, 3 cookies, 3 gulps of milk.

After the games, the group headed back to the store for cookies, snacks, camaraderie and some holiday...ahem...spirits.
