Storm the Fort Brick Workout
Join us for a brick workout / course preview in preparation for the Storm the Fort Triathlon on August 24th. We will be meeting at 58 Landing just down from the Fort.
Coach Shahin Hadian with Fleet Feet Knoxville will be leading a group of athletes through the sprint bike and run courses. We will have a mock-up transition area available to practice your changes and really make it a multi-sport workout.
Ask any questions you may have about the race and gain knowledge from triathletes who have raced before. On course support and refreshments will be available.
