Group Runs

Interested in meeting other runners in your area? Our group runs are a fun (and free!) way to engage with your local running community. We often host vendors for shoe and gear demos, tech sessions and in-store events. We welcome all paces and ability levels.

The Schedule

Overland - Wednesdays at 5:30pm
Lawrence - Tuesdays at 6:20pm
Topeka - Various group runs and walks, announced on Facebook
KC - Wednesdays at 5:30pm
