Getting Injured
Getting injured stinks. It’s also a very normal part of being a runner.
Many runners think an injury is proof that they are doing something wrong. While injuries do provide valuable feedback about our training, getting hurt doesn’t mean you’re a bad runner. In fact, a 2015 study published in Sports Medicine showed that in large groups of runners, up to 75 percent experienced some type of running injury within a year-long training period.
We want to help, so we are partnering with local physical therapists and chiropractors to provide complementary in-store injury screenings. Book a 15-minute screening today! (And keep checking back as we will continue to add more.)
