Our national, award-winning program has helped thousands of people complete their first 8K. Our program is a walking, walk/run interval, and beginner-runner training program structured to help you cross the finish line. This fall, our program will help you to complete an 8K (5 mile) race in just 12 weeks. The program includes two weekly workouts, a training plan, pacers at your speed, customized coaching, educational opportunities and more!
Registration for the 8k training program does not include the registration fee for the goal race in November.

Description: Our fall beginner training program is focused around the Turkey Day 8k (5 miles) hosted by Fleet Feet Jackson on Thanksgiving Day. Group training is held every Tuesday & Thursday at 6pm. Locations may change accordingly. All participants will receive a running schedule leading up to the race.
Join us for a coffee run, every Friday at 6:30 am from Fusion Coffeehouse at the Township in Madison. We also have monthly pub runs from Soulshine, location may change so be sure to check our website and social for details on the run. Pub runs are held every last Wednesday at 6:30, March - October.
