Time to hit the trails!
This 7 week program is designed to build your endurance on the trails, while also learning the fun in getting dirty. Group runs are held on Wednesdays at 6PM and Saturdays at 8AM. Saturday runs will be held at a local trail determined by Coach Paul. Saturday trail runs include the Yockanookany trail off the Trace, Lefleur's Bluff, the Quarry trails, and Butt's Park. Participants will get group runs twice a week and clinics throughout the duration of the program including - nutrition, shoes, and running form. The first group run will be held Wednesday, January 11th at 6pm.
You will be coached by veteran trail runner Paul Van Hooydonk. He is in his 7th year as the Fleet Feet Trail Coach and does a great job of educating, preparing, and encouraging runners! We will partner with MUTS running for some trail runs on Saturdays, in doing so we will not meet up on February 11th. We encourage all participants to cheer on runners at the Frosty15 MUTS race.
