Time to hit the trails!
Are you new to trail running but ready to learn more? No matter where you are in your journey, we can help! This 5 week trail clinic will cover the twists and turns and ups and downs of trail running and help you become more comfortable with off-road terrain. Local coaches will provide advice and support, weekly group runs, and short clinics on topics such as trail safety and etiquette, nutrition and hydration, trail running gear and shoes, and running techniques and avoiding injuries. The group will meet twice a week: Tuesday nights at the store for a short run and info clinic and then Saturday mornings to introduce you to various local trails. Tuesday night run distances will be 3-5 miles. Saturday morning runs will be between 3-8 miles. Please note that this is an educational program. Not a training program. Time to get out there and hit the trails!
When: Tuesdays 6 pm and Saturdays 7 am: June 15 through July 17
