Time to hit the trails!
This 13 week training program is designed to build your endurance on the trails and get you a little dirty. Group runs are held on Wednesdays at 6PM and Saturdays at 7AM. Saturday runs will be held at a local trail determined by the coach. Areas that you'll be running on include the Yockanookany trail off the Trace, Lefleur's Bluff, and Butt's Park. Each participant will receive a training plan to guide them through the 13 week program. The first group run will be held Wednesday, September 15th.
You will be coached by veteran trail runner Paul Van Hooydonk. He is in his 5th year as the Fleet Feet Trail Coach and does a great job of educating, preparing, and encouraging runners! The full program will prepare you for the goal race, Loch Ness Fest Trail run, on December 11th. You can choose from the 10k, half marathon, or 50k distances.
When: Wednesdays 6 pm and Saturdays 7 am
