Our upcoming 5K training class welcomes walkers, walk/runners, and beginner runners. With seasoned coaches Jason Corley and Benita Cribb at the helm, you’ll receive personalized coaching, customized pacing strategies, and a comprehensive training plan tailored to your unique speed and fitness level.This program offers two dynamic workouts each week, enlightening educational sessions, and a motivating community to accompany you on your journey.
