Join us in training for the 2024 St. Jude half marathon! This 16 week program is designed for both veterans and beginners to kick off the fall training season.

Group runs will be held Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am from our Ridgeland store. We will start training on Tuesday, August 19th with the goal race on December 7th. Get ready to kick off your training session by building up your mileage to cross the 13.1 finish line.

We have multiple pace groups at varying speeds to get you to the finish line. We start at around an 8 minute pace and spread out up to 13:00. We even have a sweeper, so if you feel tired or not yourself, we will make sure you are accounted for. You will receive an all emcompassing training program that has each day covered and everything you need to get faster and stronger. On Saturday long runs, water and Nuun are provided!
