Whether your a walker or runner, Fleet Feet has a group for you!
Fleet Feet offers running clubs for every athlete level and fitness enthusiast. Check out our current lineup of programs below for 2026. We always have a beginner 5K group as well as a half training group every Spring and Fall. Other programs include 5k Fast and trail training. If you don't find something in your category, keep in mind that our programs rotate, so a training group could be opening up soon!
All programs meet twice a week except 5k Fast which is once a week. Participants will receive weekly scheduled workouts/ suggested cross training. Weekly runs on Tuesdays - Thursdays will include informative clinics ranging from topics like gear, recovery, stretching, nutrition, & shoes. All programs get at least one opportunity to demo shoes. For our marathon and 5k/8k groups those will most likely be the sponsored brand. We also like to do giveaways during the duration of the program to encourage participation. So throw on your kicks (or come see us and we'll help find you a pair) and join us for the 2026 running season! Please note all training programs have a goal race that is NOT included with registration. If you would like to participate in the goal race correlated to the program please verify with the coach and get signed up as soon as possible.
TRAIL TRAINING - SPRING 2026 - TBA late February
Our Trail Training program is for beginners to intermediate runners trying to complete their first trail race or work on their trail performance. Participants will have the opportunity to run local trails with others and be a part of a supportive group on Saturday mornings. The training program and clinic both offer informative sessions on their weekly Wednesday runs ranging from topics like trail gear, nutrition, & taking care of yourself after a hard trail fall. After all it isn't smooth ground and we can't promise it won't happen, but when it does we'll be sure to pick you up and keep you going.
Group runs: Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays 7am/8am.
HALF MARATHON & 10K TRAINING - REGISTRATION OPEN - GOAL RACE: RUN THE RAINBOW
Our Spring Half Marathon program focuses on the intermediate to advanced runner wanting to get faster/ run their first half marathon. This program is for those graduating from the previous 8k or 5k program and setting them up for what's next. For those interested in doing the half marathon program we just ask that you're comfortable running 3 miles and we can get you through the other 10!
Group runs: Tuesdays @ 6pm & Saturdays @ 7am
5K FINISH - MARCH 2026 - Goal race: The Big Run - REGISTRATION COMING SOON
5K Finish is our starting point program known as "No Boundaries." This training program is dedicated to the beginner runner/walker looking for a group that can hold them accountable for weekly group meet ups. The goal is to get you to the finish line of the Big Run 5k (3.1 miles) in June whether that means you are walking, running, or doing both we will work with you to make it happen. For those looking to run/run-walk, the weekly runs will be based on interval training.

5K FAST - APRIL 2026 - Goal race: Watermelon Classic - REGISTRATION COMING SOON
Built to make you faster and reach your full potential. This program is for the intermediate to advanced runner wanting to get faster. Participants will meet weekly for track workouts and dynamic stretches. You will need a previous 5k time to help build your goal around.

MARATHON TRAINING - September 2026 - Goal race: MS Gulf Coast Marathon
HALF MARATHON TRAINING - September 2026 - Goal race: MS Gulf Coast Marathon
Our Fall Half and Full Marathon training is for intermediate to advanced runners looking to run a half/full marathon. It doesn't matter if it's your first or 10th, we would love to have you join us during the training season! For those looking to join us for the full marathon, it's encouraged to be comfortably running 5 miles upon the start of the program
Group runs: Tuesdays @ 6pm & Saturdays @ 7am
8K TRAINING - FALL 2026 - Goal Race - Turkey Day 8k (Thanksgiving Day)
Gobble with us during this training program for our annual Turkey Day 8k (5 miles). This program is built for the beginner to intermediate runner/walker interested in pushing their limits. While most beginner programs start at the goal being 3 miles, this one pushes you a little further to 5 miles! The 8k training program is a great pick for those who previously participated in our 5k finish program. They work on similar training schedules, this one just happens to have a couple more miles added to the end goal.
