Description: The Fall Marathon Training Program is composed of a 14 week schedule that is designed to guide intermediate runners to accomplish their first half or full marathon finish or improve their current half or full marathon time. This training program will help you to prepare for your half or full marathon by providing motivation and coaching, speed work, endurance long runs, and more.
Description: Rock Runners is geared for the new and experienced trail runner alike! Fleet Feet Training helps you get your feet wet (and muddy) as you get comfortable on the trails with other like-minded folks. Running trails can be an amazing experience, but it can also be a bit intimidating if you aren't familiar with the terrain. Our experienced coach and mentors will provide advice, support, a weekly group training run, and short clinics on topics such as trail safety, proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. You'll meet new friends and discover a love of trail running along the way!
Description: This 10-week training session for the 5K Rudolph Run will include training programs for 5K Beginners and for Advanced 5K Runners. Start your 5K running training with our No Boundaries program or focus your training to better your 5K conditioning with our Advanced 5K program.
No Boundaries is a beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. It is a nationally organized and recognized program, offered at Fleet Feet stores across the country. While the focus is on beginners, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome.
The Advanced 5K program is designed for people that are comfortable running the 5K distance and are ready to progress to a faster 5K race. It is also designed to help the seasoned runner to strengthen their conditioning for the 5K distance and increase their knowledge and love of running. A variety of training techniques will be incorporated in this 10-week program to help improve your endurance base, speed, and strength to help you race your best!
