Spring 5K Training Program

Description: Ready to build a strong foundation, return to running, or sharpen your speed? Our 5K program welcomes beginners, runners coming back from injury or time away, and those looking to improve pace and efficiency. Over the course of 10 weeks, we will help you prepare for race day with confidence through structured training, consistent support, and practical education on topics like gear selection and injury prevention.
Each week, a coach and mentor will lead group workouts featuring a purposeful warmup, guided route support, and a cooldown focused on recovery. Multiple pace groups will be available, including run-walk intervals, walking, running, and speed-focused options, so you can train at the level that aligns with your goals.
This program also provides a smooth transition into more advanced training and longer-distance events, giving you the tools to continue progressing well beyond the 5K.
